Olive Dip
November 7, 2009 § 1 Comment
This recipe is courtesy of one of my girls. She brought it over for a party, and I could of just sat down and eaten it with a spoon. She showed me how to make it for our last party, and I’m absolutely thrilled at how easy it is.
So thank you Kayla for sharing, and making my tastebuds sing.
Ingredients:
1 -7 oz. jar green olives with pimentos, drained
1-8 oz. package cream cheese, at room temperature
1 clove garlic, minced
4 green onions, finely chopped
In a food processor, pulse the green olives until finely chopped.
Add the cream cheese, green onions, and minced garlic. Blend until smooth.
Top with a few sprinkles of green onion to make it look pretty; chill for an hour then serve.
