Mexican 3 Bean Salad

Mexican 3 Bean Salad

This one is so easy, we don’t even need a step-by-step tutorial. Is it Grandioso? Si!

1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 can pintos beans, drained and rinsed
1 can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
1/2 medium white onion, thinly sliced
1/2 small green bell pepper,  thinly sliced
2 green onions, tops and all, sliced
1 whole canned green chili, diced
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 T. sugar
1/4 tsp. pasilla chili powder
1/4 tsp. chili de arbol powder (you can substitute with cayenne)
3/8 cup red wine vinegar (that’s what I said..what? 3/8ths? where did you come up with that?)
1 roma tomato, diced
1 tsp. dry cilantro

Mix all  ingredients together  in a large bowl; refrigerate at least an hour for flavors to blend, and serve.
