Spicy Red Rub for Chicken Wings

1/3 cup paprika
1 T. granulated garlic
2 T. black pepper
2 T. sea salt
2 T. california chili powder which is simply  ground anaheim chili peppers. (pretty mild heat)
1 T. cumin
1 T. cayenne powder
1/2 T. onion powder

About 10 pounds chicken wings

Mix together all ingredients in a small bowl. Add your chicken wings to a really really big bowl!

Sprinkle the rub over the wings, and stir it around so everyone in the pool is coated.

Bake, or barbecue as usual.

Serve with dipping sauces of your choice. Even better, try one of ours!
