Venison Burgers with Garlic Chive Cream Cheese Spread
The Smoking Man and I seem to have inherited quite alot of venison this year. It’s been venison this, venison that. Today let’s have venison burgers!
1lb. lean 15% fat hamburger
1lb. venison burger
1tsp. garlic and pepper seasoning
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. dry basil
1 tsp. dry oregano
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. worcestershire sauce
Combine spices into a large bowl, along with the egg and worcestershire sauce.
Add your lean hamburger and ground venison. Mix thoroughly with your hands.
Cover with plastic wrap and let it sit in the refrigerator for a couple hours for flavors to blend.
Grill as usual; serve with condiments of your choice, or our delicious Garlic Chive Cream Cheese Spread. (That recipe is down just a littttttttle bit further.
Garlic Chive Cream Cheese Spread
4 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 green onions, finely chopped
1/8 tsp. black pepper
Combine all ingredients, and spread on your burger bun.
