Cheeseball

I make this for every holiday, and of course Super Bowl. Friends and family alike gobble it up in no time at all!

Our Ingredients:

1 pound shredded cheddar cheese
12 oz. cream cheese, at room temperature
1/2 cup chopped pimento stuffed olives (optional)
3 T. salad dressing type mayo (like miracle whip)
1/8 tsp. celery salt
1/2 tsp. worcestershire sauce
2 T. minced onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1 pound bacon, cooked and crumbled

(Looks like somebody around here uses alot of Miracle Whip, doesn’t it??)

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, mixing well. Shape into one giant ball, 2 smaller balls, or bite sized balls.
Roll in the cooked and crumbled bacon bits; chill for about an hour before serving.
