Is that possible? Why yes it is. I found this recipe over at RecipeZaar by DrDrGaellon one day, and decided to change it up a bit. Not that much really. The original recipe is baked, but  I like to get all wild on the stove top. My family loves this. I know yours will too!

Our Ingredients:

2 T. soy sauce

2 T. olive oil

2 T. worcestershire sauce

1 T. lemon juice

1/4 cup brown sugar

1/4 cup ketchup

6 pork chops (i only used two, cuz these babies are huge)

In a small bowl, thoroughly blend soy sauce, vegetable oil, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, brown sugar, and ketchup.

Heat 1 T. olive oil in a skillet. Brown chops on both sides.  Sprinkle with salt and pepper if desired.

Add sauce;  turn stove down to a simmer,  cover,  and cook for one hour. If you don’t have a tight fitting lid, check to make sure that the sauce doesn’t evaporate and burn. You might need to add water to keep things moist in there.

Take lid off last 10  minutes for sauce to thicken a bit. Plate your chops, and drizzle sauce over the top.
